1. Booking Policy

  • All bookings must be made in advance through our website or support team.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations, dates, times, and contact information.

2. Free Rescheduling

  • Bookings can be rescheduled free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • This excludes airport transfers, which are handled differently (see below).

3. Airport Transfer Policy

  • For airport transfers, customers must enter their flight number during checkout.
  • We track your flight status in real time.
  • In case of flight delays, we automatically reschedule your pickup at no extra charge, ensuring a stress-free experience.
  • If no flight number is provided, we are not responsible for missed pickups due to early or delayed flights.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 4 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 4 hours of pickup time are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

5. Waiting Time

  • Standard waiting time is included for all bookings. Additional waiting beyond the free period may incur extra charges unless extra waiting hours are selected during booking.

6. No-Shows

  • If the customer does not show up at the pickup location at the scheduled time and fails to notify us, the booking will be marked as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

7. Liability

  • Airport Taxis Belfast is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
